Amazing Majestic home that looks like what you would see on the rich and famous. Really. Absolutely breathtaking home with all of the options any King and Queen would want in their home. The main house has 3/4 bedrooms with a master that is HUGE. Every room has been done so rich that you think you are somewhere else. The guest house has 1 really nice bedroom with a kitchenette and a full bath with marble. The pool in the courtyard just adds a sweet touch to this amazing home. A true 1 of a kind!

Mid 2010
Here we are bringing May of 2010 to a close. The state of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky real estate has not been a great one so far this year. The state of the condo market...especially the luxury condo market is almost non existant. I have not seen any new sales of luxury condos such as the Ascent in Covington, Ky., SouthShore in Newport, Ky., Harbour Greene in Bellevue, Ky., and Adams Crossing over in Cincinnati. There have been a few short sales, but overall the market seems to be on life support. Some of the sellers of the many luxury condos on the market have been fortunate and have leased their units out for the time being, until hopefully soon...when the market may turn around.
As far as single family homes selling in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky real estate market so far this year..Thank you Uncle Sam for the tax credits...But they are gone now...hopefully we will see an uptick in the housing market that will have some legs and not just be a temporary band aid. There are lots of short sales and foreclosures..Hopefully when this part of the housing inventory gets whittled down, we can see business get back to normal and let prices start to go back up.
I don't mean to sound down on the housing industry..I just call it as I see it.
